jerry,most of the time bva will send remand to amc,anc will send It to varo,,once varo makes a desisionon remand It should go back to bva,tp prosses

Correct 30 days is the rule. I almost overlooked it when I got my ssoc from amc. Luckily I responed right away with form 9 to BVA/AMC/VARO.
